At 12 years old, I got pushed onto a rugby pitch because I was apparently “too fat” for football and had two left feet. Looking back, a childhood obsession with mini rolls might have changed the course of my life more than I realised.
From that point on, rugby and training became a huge part of who I am. While most people spent their weekends doing something far more exciting, I was travelling to strength seminars, completing coaching qualifications, and learning everything I could about performance, training, and how to train around a rugby lifestyle.
What started as helping a few teammates improve their training quickly grew into something much bigger. Since then, we’ve worked with over 300 rugby players, helping them build stronger, leaner and faster rugby rigs.
